Welcome To My First Blog! | What's On Your Mind- Journaling

The Ultimate Guide: Your Blueprint for the Ultimate Transformation by Journaling

Hi Peach and Umber Fam, welcome and thank you for dropping by my first blog! I'm so excited that you decided to become a member. Imagine stepping into my cozy corner of the internet--blogging, the newest addition to my online hangout. I've been brewing this idea for a while , and I'm overly excited to share it with you. Life's a funny thing, right? It just unfolds when it's ready. Now, in case you missed the memo, March 15, 2023, marked the launch of my first Anxiety Journal on Amazon. Since then I have created and published 2 more! They're like a piece of my heart available for you--you can snag them all on Amazon. Also if you have purchased your own already don't forget to leave a review on Amazon it would be much appreciated!

These journals became my companions during a period of healing. Writing has been my sanctuary and my way of navigating the twists and turns of life. Out of the 3 journals, Journal #3 stands out as my absolute favorite. It's a gratitude journal. It includes quotes, affirmations and is a powerful tool for manifesting. There's a reason this one was labeled "Bold". I pour my biggest dreams and requests into this one and with a lot of faith and diligent effort, I am creating and receiving the things that I desire. I had a few diaries when I was younger and didn't realize until last year how they have played a huge part in my life. In moments when I felt voiceless, or when I simply just needed a "Moesha moment".

Journal about any and everything. Here are some benefits of journaling:

  1. Helps With Achieving Goals

  2. Boosts Memory

  3. Improves Mental Health

  4. Inspires Creativity

  5. Enhances Critical Thinking

  6. Encourages Self Confidence

  7. Brings Awareness

  8. Boosts Emotional Intelligence

  9. Can Reduce Depression and Anxiety Symptoms

  10. Helps You Understand You, Self Talk

For the past 3 months, I've been feeling this urge to give my hair a little break and tuck it away. Funny how our bodies have a way of nudging us towards self-care, whether we realize it or not. It's like a gentle tap on the shoulder, reminding us to catch up on sleep, take a social media hiatus, hit the gym, or even do something as bold as chopping off our hair. But, In the midst of this hairscape, I've found myself in the midst of a holistic transformation---emotionally, spiritually, and physically. It's as if my body's saying, "Hey, let's do the work, and let's do it now."

My Hair Is My Glory

Over the past six years, I've become this self-aware guru of my own well-being--my body, mental health, and the vibe around me. Sure, if you know me you might call me a bit of a mad scientist with my many creative ideas, but hey it's my way of coping. We all need our outlets, right? So maybe it's time for less screen time and more old-school pleasures like reading or dancing. It's the simple things that can be a game-changer.
