What To Know Before Booking 

Read Before Booking Your Appointment

Pre-booking will open on September 4th @ 8:00 am and will close on September 18th at 8 pm. Booking day will open September 19th @ 5 pm. These appointments are open to the public and are booked at no additional cost for October and
November 2022.

Salon Rules (These rules are for ALL clients.)

  • You may not bring children/guests  to your appointment. Parents may wait for children who are being serviced.

  • No speakerphone conversations or videos. Please bring earphones.

  • No kids

  • No pets

  • Only clients who have appointments are allowed in the suites.

  • There will be complimentary waters available. No food with a smell is allowed in the suites.

  • Please only bring items you NEED in the salon, 1 bag.

  • Please limit your curse words.

  • Please ensure that your hair is taken down completely and detangled. If it takes more than 20 minutes to detangle, $10 is added for every 10 minutes after 20 minutes.

  • We have a 10 minute grace period. If I choose to take you after 10 minutes, there is a $10 fee and your appointment may be altered. 

  • Being more than 10 minutes late, may result in your appointment being rescheduled and there will be a $25 fee.

  • I service children 8 and up.

* Welcome, New Clients! Once you book your appointment, you will receive an invoice via email to pay your $30 new client deposit. Once your payment is received your appointment will be approved. After 24 hours of not receiving a payment, your appointment is not approved and canceled. This deposit goes towards your appointment and is non-refundable. You may transfer your deposit to another available date to reschedule as long as you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment or No call No show. *


Appointments are opened two months at a time. Pre-booking opens every 1st Saturday of the 2nd month. "Booking day" opens on the 2nd to last week of the 2nd month at no additional cost. Each client should have their own profile. No one should be booked under another client’s profile. 8 years old and up. 


Consultations are always complimentary with booked appointments.

Cancellation/No Show/Late Arrival Policies

These are non-refundable fees. There is a $15 fee added to your checkout when you arrive 10 minutes late. It is mandatory that you contact the salon to communicate that you will be arriving late. Being 15 minutes late may result in your service being adjusted or canceled and you will have to reschedule. To avoid cancellation fees, cancel your appointment 24 hours before the day of your appointment. Canceling late may result in a $35 non-refundable late cancellation fee, that has to be paid the same day in order to book future appointments. Three consecutive cancellations are an automatic $25 fee to book services. No Call No Show no future appointment booking.

Product Returns or Exchanges

Visibly damaged products may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase

Product Purchase

You may pre-purchase products and pick up in the salon by contacting me via email by 4 pm for next-day pick.  An invoice will be sent to you, once the invoice is paid, you may stop by to pick it up.
