  • How do I preorder?
    Click on the "Home" tab and click on "Pre Order Here" in the drop down menu. Fill out the form and the click "Order Now".
  • What if i ordered with the wrong address?
    You can reach out via email, peachandumber@gmail.com immediately or within 24 hours. Products will be shipped within 24 hours of submitting your order. To avoid any delays it is best to confirm that your information is correct or updated before submitting your payment.
  • How do I track my order?
    A tracking number will be sent via email once your package is shipped.
  • Do I have to checkout with PayPal?
    No you do not have to checkout with PayPal. You do have the option to checkout with a debit/credit card.
  • Can I exchange my product?
    Peach and Umber is not accepting exchanges. If there are visible damages to the material or zipper within 14 days please email me with images of damages attached at peachandumber@gmail.com or through chat on www.peachandumber.com
  • Is there a limit per product?
    There is no limit.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    At the moment we do not ship Internationally. Only in the U.S.
